Thought I'd stop by to say hi. I'm looking for a new WoT home since my most recent one lost its web hosting.

My name is Heather, and I've been an active WoT addict since 1997. I met a great guy at the old Netland White Towers in 1998, which prompted me to move to Georgia and get married the next year. In fact, we just celebrated our 15th anniversary in December.

Since those days, I've spent my time at various role-playing sites for my Randland fix. Saowynn has been pretty much my go-to character since 2004, with her spending solid time at Silklantern and over to Portalstones until each of those sites poofed.

I look forward to meeting new folks and learning my way around a new place!

Luna: thank you! I believe the name came about when a friend and I were literally just throwing letters around trying to come up with a new character name, and Saowynn was what fell out of the pot

Rhed: Mostly recently, I was at Portalstones. Our webmaster fell off the face of the earth, and when the time to pay for the hosting came up...Well, as you can imagine, it was kinda sad. Fortunately, I have most of my writing saved from there (or at least the important stuff). My journey through WOT sites started at the Netland White Tower, then a friend and I broke off to create Halls of the White Tower. That was around until...2003? 2004? Something like that. I then went to Silklantern (one branch of the big NWT split), hung around there until it closed, and then transitioned over to Portalstones (which was just a bunch of SL folks who still wanted to hang out together). The only other place I spent any significant time was Wheel of Time RP, but that one's closed up shop these days, too.
