Rotating signatures are fine, but animated signatures are not (from my understanding)!

The difference, if anyone needs to know, is that a signature rotator changes your signature each time you refresh the page, where an animated signature is a .gif that changes on a fixed schedule without refreshing. Like... you can look at the image and it will change. The only reason that .gifs are allowed is because before .pngs were officially allowed, a .gif was the only way to get a transparent image.

I think the admins might be discussing this, but yeah. That's my understanding. <3

Dude, you can't stay jack with 2 animated images in your sig, 3 lines of text, and the whole thing wider than 450 pixels. :P

So, umm.. I'm a little dense and want to be clear: if I were to say "near-sister" or "Brown Momma" it would be taboo because it denotes a familial relationship and therefore implies something official when it isn't. BUT.. The silly non-familial relationships I have in my sig are obviously not official so they're totally cool, right?

Follow the rules. Don't put in Near Sibs. Don't claim to be married, related, etc to someone you're not. Other than that? It's fine.
