Welcome to Tar Valon Gill! I have read all of the Series up through Knife of Dreams. I am re-reading everything now (Currently on Crossroads of Twilight). I have read many other book series (Dragonlance, Drizzt Series, Sword of Truth) and the Wheel of Time is by far my favorite! Looking forward to getting to know a friend of the Vendrisaur!

Thats great to hear, cause I too have read bits of Drizzt, and Dragonlance, and 1-3 of Sword of Truth.

Pathfinder is the best. :shifty You said you paint? What kind of painting do you do, Gill?

The book series is amazing, but not as amazing as the community here. There are so many people on the Tower with common interests with you (and me!), it's awesome to find people with whom to connect... explore topics... and hang out. There is so much potential for the Tower and its people to mean something to you. (That is my personal opinion.)

And yes I love Pathfinder, and Pen&paper games there isn't many I haven't at least tried before. I can talk hours about D&D. And my painting is mostly limited to model painting, mostly war figures like Warhammer and Iron Kingdoms, and Warmachine. Never really tried real painting. And Thank you everyone for the warm arms.

Light, I started reading the WoT back in 2004 and I havent ever put the series down. Once I finish reading through I go back to the beginning again! Judging by your list of hobbies I can use deductive reasoning to conclude that you will indeed enjoy the series. When it gets tough and the plot is so thick that your brain cannot hold any more information, just take a breath and push through. It is well worth it. Hit me up if you want, I'm always around! Ya Vens been pushing me to read it for years and I think I'm finally going to crack down and start at it again. I mean it has all the elements I love in books so I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy it too. Plus these kind of books help me brain storm for my own fantasy games in D&D

I wouldn't object, but I would question why? And I do find that very ironic as the character this name is from was a Infernist I DMed in the longest D&D game I've ran.
