It's been a long week for me too. I got my last projects / papers in for the semester, took my final, and have sat on my butt since then. The feeling that I need to be doing 500 different things hasn't faded yet. :x

Hopefully once I spend a week doing nothing, it'll clear up. Just in time to want to make myself busy again, lol.

Lucky you, you've finished your finals. Mine are the main cause of my stress right now. (And also the reason I'm up this late.)

Sixteen week semesters... Curse while you're in finals and a blessing once you're out.

What are you studying for?

Derp. I thought I had responded to this ages ago.

I'm studying mathematics and politics atm, as well as Spanish. Not that much but with finals, it's nasty.

Ooh! What an interesting variety!

I'm currently looking at Psychology with minors in research methods and math... Should be a hoot.

That sounds interesting! Psychology sounds fun, but I don't have the head for it.

Psych 101 is terrifying. You've got about 7 different fields, one chapter for each, all with separate competing paradigms all crammed into one textbook. It's overwhelming, confusing, and not the best way to go about getting people interested. Once you get past that, though, and things get all the room they need to be properly explained, it's really enjoyable and fascinating.

I don't have much of a head for the "hard" sciences. When I was a kid, I wanted to focus on biology, but it turns out that I really stink at memorizing. The nice thing about the "soft" sciences is that because it's so difficult to prove anything it turns into a story. And I can remember stories. :P

Is there any particular facet of politics that you're interested in?

I'm not particularly interested in studying politics (although I will participate in it). It's just a required class.

Nope! Currently in high school so...

I hated high school so bad I refused to finish.

I got a GED and just started off at community college, then transferred to a university. I'm turning out okay!

Yeah I'm in the high school was evil category. 3k people at my school, and it was just torture would have liked to just learn but people couldn't leave me alone...

Schools the only bloody thing that gives me a direction in life at the moment, thats what flaming bothers me most.

Imma go out on a limb and say that you are a Matt or Uno fan....

High School was awful for me when I was there but it was much simpler.. thus wanting to go back.
If this is your last year of high School, perhaps it would be wise to sit down with a a counselor or whatever your school has and maybe look at possible directions?
