I'd say they're fairly organic. Not sure how free range they are, as they're supposed to stay inside the Tower grounds...

They are free range for the most part. Even though they have to remain on Tower grounds, the grounds are large enough to give relative freedom without us having to worry about them wandering into traffic and getting hit by a car.

Well, as they are mostly free range, they eat whatever they can get their grubby little paws on. Mostly bacon and bacon by products. And of course you can put cheese on them!
