Announcing our new Director of Community Outreach

I am pleased to announce that Tree Sedai, one of our long term members, has agreed to take on this position! Tree has been a member of the Department of Community Outreach almost since it's inception as our Community Fundraising Coordinator. She was primarily responsible for our internal fundraiser last year (along with Riley) which was very successful and she coordinated our donation drive for Ronald McDonald House for 2012 Anni. In real life, she is a graduate student and she has volunteer experience with food banks, women's shelters, the Women's Action Coalition, and she is currently organizing a Relay for Life team. She has extensive knowledge of the Department, of what needs to be done and she has some fantastic ideas for expanding our charitable and philanthropic focus.
