Announcing a brilliant Mayor

Thank you so much to Avendaella for her term as Mayor. She was amazing and wonderful in her duties, and she stepped up while we were finding a new Mistress of Novices at short notice (thanks to Morrighan as well). I will indeed be sad to see her go.
However, I want to welcome the new Mayor to the Tar Valon admin team. Her application was impressive, and I can't wait to see what she brings forward for the citizens.
