My first thought would be that Lan would add his name to the treaty as soon as the reestablishment of Malkier commenced and with just a small, tenative boarder sketched on the map along with the decimation of the nothern nations i can see some major boarder disputes manifest

Does Tar Valon count? I think it's only referred to as a city but it doesn't fall under the rule of any country; the Amyrlin rules in Tar Valon.

I don't know about happily ever after but they have a lot to do...The rebuilding of all the cities/villages that were destroyed during the battle and all the changes Rand brought to the world will keep everyone busy.The White Tower has a lot on it's plate,but I'm sure the new Amyrlin,the legendary Cadsuane, and her great Hall,Saerin etc., will work hard to rise the Tower to glory once again!
And Nynaeve being the queen of Malkier is what she deserves!I can imagine Lan rebuilding the Seven Towers!But I think since she lost her braid her temper isn't the same.I wanted a last tug before the end but noo...
I want to know what Moiraine is going to do now.Will she travel the world once again with Thom?
One thing is for sure!Mat is going to make Tuon tell him she loves him!
