Siera, Gorgeous work, as always. I can see your hand in all of these and the improvement in your skill over the years is just a joy to see.

I don't -hate- the simplified Logo's, though the original logo's absolutely had simplified versions. The improved skill in these definitely justified the upgrade, but I'm going to put this out now.

When you have 1 person literally making logos for EVERY group and asking her to remake new ones every two years, I suggest looking into financial support for the work. It's a shit-show trying to appease everyone, and I know as I have participated on both sides. It may be optional in 2 years? But i can see a lot more places where we can improve as a community than redoing perfectly fine logos every 2-3 years. Siera should not be used as a graphic machine (unless she wants to). She deserves hella better than that.

I have to agree with this, even though I believe Siera has been consulted with this decision before it was announced. I suppose a GDT with more people who could help with the logos is a good compromise, though I cannot promise that we will have able hands every 2-3 years or whenever a group wants a new logo.

I have to agree with this, even though I believe Siera has been consulted with this decision before it was announced.

Yes, Ilverin has the right of this and Siera and I discussed both providing this option and the frequency. We will continue to discuss this over time, so please rest assured that this was 100% a discussion and will continue to be so.

No I don't and I realized that I glazed over they were new. I was just surprised by them. Personally? Don't see why but that's just me. They are made and will be used and it's ok. It was seriously an observation.
