Welcome new Hall.

Following the exec meeting notes I understand that you will all be a part of a focus group to discuss if changes need to be made regarding bonding.

From the exec meeting notes:

Per preliminary results from the Membership Survey, it appears that most people are happy with the way bonding currently functions.

As I responded there:

I think most people were happy before integration as well- but we made the decision to remember that while majority rules there are minority rights. How can I send a clearer message to the Hall that indeed as an AS I want to bond another AS and that it is ridiculous that I am not able to do so?

In your tenure in the hall, may you deal with stress free decisions and consider that there is a minority who do want changes to be made to the bonding rules.
