I really need to start using my machine again, or even do some stretching and yoga. Anyone wanna be buddies and schedule workouts together? Or at least all agree to do the same class once a week or so? There is a ton of fun content.

It's been months, so I'll have to start out low and slow again. I like cycling, some weights, stretching, and beginners yoga.

I can’t do high active work outs, but I’m definitely in on doing yoga, if it is in a decent time for me. :pleased-1:

Yes, but I know there are lots of resources outside of there too, via the utubes and whatnot. I'm open to suggestions!

OKAY I've been thinking about this ever since I saw this post, and every time I think of it, I love it more and more. Would folks be interested in some sort of Fitness Guild Open Gym Hours situation, where we pick a time and do a workout, and then we hop into Discord chat afterwards and chat about how our workouts are going?

Been noodling about this a bit: I feel like having a regular morning time and a regular evening time would be good because, of course, folks have different times that work for them, workout-wise. I'm a devoted after-work gal, but I think you're a morning guy, @Alexr al'Petros (correct me if I'm wrong, please). I honestly might just start hopping into voice chat in the main Tower Discord server while I'm at the gym, and folks can drop in to chat if they're available?

Yes, I tend to do my workouts in the morning (usually in the evenings I am teaching at the dojo). I like the hopping into the voice chat idea. I'm still pretty good for a regular Sunday morning Peloton ride if there is interest.

I could probably do a ride at noon MST on Sundays, but no earlier because of church stuffs (which means: don't try to schedule Sunday rides around me and my conflicts, I guess :rofl: )
