I really need to start using my machine again, or even do some stretching and yoga. Anyone wanna be buddies and schedule workouts together? Or at least all agree to do the same class once a week or so? There is a ton of fun content.
It's been months, so I'll have to start out low and slow again. I like cycling, some weights, stretching, and beginners yoga.
