If you do get permission, how do you change it. there is no where in edit avatar to change your avatar. it says it is disabled.

You have to go to "My Account" that is to the left of your screen, not the "User Control Panel" at the top of your screen. The "My Account" button is also where you would change your Avatar for events like Sunday.

Alon, you have to do it through the My Account option on the side menu.
