I lost my face..Help me get my Avatar back!

So I got online today and went to upload my Shaoman avie....discovered that I apparantly had never changed back to my original avatar after Bel Tine, likely because I was having the same problem then and gave up trying to fix it, got busy and forgot to post asking someone else to fix it...

But anyways, it appears I've finally gotten the old avatar to disappear. Now I just need help getting this one: http://s1178.photobucket.com/albums/x380/ElizabethAyrahien/?action=view&current=NunAvie.jpg to stick.

I've been through all the threads here and tried every tip and trick I came across with no luck. So any help that can be provided is greatly appreciated.

I have access through the Drupal Who's Who as a Membership Admin. I get the same page you do when you click "My Account" and upload the exact same way you would. For some I need to delete the original avatar first. For others I have to reopen the avatar in Paint and resave over the original file. For others I've tried shortening the file name. It's just finicky It took me 5 goes to do my own this morning! :P
