Welcome to Tar Valon, Lunara! I look forward to getting to know you better. :D

I think everyone has already pretty well answered your question... but I'll chime in too with my experience. I kind of had my eye on two of the Ajahs since I was a Novice and had gotten to know the site Ajahs a bit. When I guested, there were two Ajahs that ended up in my top two picks, one that I'd had my eye on and one that I totally hadn't expected. Keeping an open mind definitely helps when guesting as an Accepted, being willing to change from what you expected, but it's okay to have thoughts on the Ajahs you're most interested in. :pleased-1:

And I don't see anything at all on your profile that would be cause for concern. :pleased-1: You don't have to worry about just being yourself here. :hug

Thank you, Winterdawn Sedai. I have opened my mind a bit more by reading about all the Ajahs. I found a couple that very much interested me and I was considering guesting with them first but I think that I'm going to guest with the others first and leave the two that caught my interest for last. I think. Maybe. I don't know. I have a lot of time to think about it so I will likely change my mind several times. I am looking forward to going from Citizen to Novice. I badly want to be a part of the Tower. I am hoping that I can make Aes Sedai. I hope I have what it takes to improve myself and grow through Tower to make myself better.

I am glad that my profile is ok. I really was worried but I'm not anymore and I feel like I belong here, welcome here and cared about. Thank you all for that. It means a lot to me.

Don't ever be afraid to be yourself! :hug I think your beliefs are cool and I'm interested in details :) I like to study different religions and the two I'm learning about recently are judaism and wiccan (not sure if that is the same as pagan?) In any case id love to hear your insights on it :)

Wicca is a Pagan faith. One of many. I am actually teaching classes about Paganism and some of the Paths within it. I post one lesson a week and have a forum set up to post the lessons in. I created an entire website for the class. It has some informational pages, which I keep adding to. I'm about to add...well, it is pretty much a dictionary to the site with various terms to help newcomers or visitors to understand what I'm talking about on the info pages. I love working on the website and adding things to it to help people. By the time I'm done with it, there are going to be A LOT of pages. But, I have a blast gathering the information then adding it to the website. It gives me a chance to learn more, which is something that I really enjoy. I love to learn. About anything and everything. If you want the link to the webpage, shoot me a visitor message and I'll give it to you, if that is allowed on here.

Yes, I'd love that :) also you should consider hosting a class on it here in the classroom some semester, you'll be able to start hosting and taking classes once you are a citizen :pleased-1: Hope it happens soon for you! :D

:hug Don't ever ever worry about being yourself here Lunara. There are so many different people from different countries, religions, everything. I think that is what makes this site so wonderful. :hug I was accepted and welcomed here from the very first and it has been so wonderful. Please feel free to message me at any time if you have any other questions or concerns. As far as Ajahs, just relax and get to know people first. You may be surprised where you end up.

I went alphabetically, and I think it was a good thing Yellow was last in my guesting, because I don't think I would have been able to leave once I got there. Then again, saving the most exciting for last can make you feel more rushed and impatient while guesting the others... :cheeseeni: Everyone has their own methods, with pros and cons to each and there's definitely not just one right way to guest. :pleased-1:

If you have any questions about becoming a Novice that the Membership Manual or stickied posts haven't already answered, you are welcome to PM me! I look forward to having you, in time. ;)
