With Aleita Sedai being promoted to Director of Marketing, I am again in the need of a new Headteacher. There is an Ajah class starting and there is a Companies class in the works along with other future endeavours. So I want to thank Aleita for all the work she's put in the position for the last 3 months! There is a new aspect of the Classroom - Discussions, which the new Headteacher will need acquaint themselves with upon starting on the position. The Headteacher (also known as Headmistress or Headmaster) is now a rotating Admin position in the Department of Research and Records with a term of 18 months. The Headteacher will be in charge of supervising and assisting with all dealings in the Classroom, as well as moderating that forum. Time served as a Headteacher counts towards the Administrator Merit. Duties and Responsibilities: - Keeps detailed list of all classes and Discussions currently running in the classroom. - Assigns Classes and/or Discussions to Accepted, Soldiers and Senior Members to teach as requested. - Assists with the development of classes, both with regards to topics and structure, when requested. - Ensures that Wheel of Time trivia covered in classrooms is factually correct. - Maintains good morale in the classrooms with teacher/student recognition. - Responsible for checking-in with the Director periodically. Time Commitment: Must be willing to spend a minimum of 4 hours a week at this position. Qualifications: As this position specifically oversees Junior Members, a Senior Member is preferred, though not compulsory.
