Aes Sedai
As was earlier announced in the notes from the recent admin meeting, the Events department is adding two Official Marshals to our staff. These marshals are responsible for overseeing the physical competitions and games at our events, though they tend to do a lot more than that! The original position was created so that we had someone leading the safety guidelines back in the day when we had wrestling competitions and other demanding tournaments. These days, they're still in charge of rules and safety and also work with the other facilitators to organize how winners are selected (elimination brackets, etc.). Doneavan Gaidin originated the position, and now with our two additional members of the team, they will work together to draw from each other's experiences and coordinate our games and safety guidelines.
The two new marshals who are being added to the team, have already been doing this work for several events, and have contributed greatly to their success! We'd like to thank them for their dedication and hard work, and officially welcome them to the team!
