First, I would like to thank you for your patience as we worked on finalizing contracts. I realize the wait has been frustrating, it is my hope that things will run smoother from here on out.
Fall Ball, 2011 – As many have been following the news, the area has had some weather-related difficulties that have made finalizing contracts difficult. We are actually still in the process of getting our final contract, but feel that we’re far enough along in those proceedings that we can pass this information along.
I am pleased to announce that we will be celebrating Fall Ball in Chattanooga, Tennessee on October 21st-23rd at the Chattanooga Choo Choo! Tickets for this event will be $120 each, and will include 2-nights and a sit-down dinner on Saturday night. We're particularly excited to have locked in this weekend, because Chattanooga will also be hosting their 10th Annual Chattanooga Oktoberest! Because we will be handling the hotel block, you don't have to worry about booking a room - just register for the event, get transportation to Chatta and we'll take care of the rest! We plan on opening registration for this event July 15th at 8PM Eastern, and payments will be due by August 12th.
11th Anniversary Party, 2012 – we had several amazing bids this round, and it was difficult to choose one site. I am pleased to announce that we will be celebrating our 11th Anniversary at Estes Park, Colorado, the weekend of March 30-April 1st, 2012. We will have space in the Pattie Hyde Barclay Cabin, the same cabin which held Anni 2008, to accommodate 88 members. If needed, overflow cabin space is available. Pricing for this event has not yet been solidified, but it will include all meals during the event.
