Re: ANNI LOCATION AND DATES
We are working on a ticket price now, and will have that announced ASAP.

The extras that come with a milestone anniversary party are what is making the price of this ticket a bit higher. These are expenses that we would have racked up even at Estes Park for this milestone.
.
Estes Park is *not* our permanent location. It is a fall back location in the case of no affordable bids, or just no bids, coming in to choose from.
Without the assistance of a very generous fairy, some of us couldn't have made it to 10th, Jeff.
Just because the prices were this spendy before doesn't mean it's a good thing to do again.
Did we have a kitchen injury last year?no one has to worry about being injured while cooking.
I just expected something more like 10th's price since we were told this event would have a comparable cost :\ I know we've had 5 years since 10th and the economy is subject to inflation, but the $175 10th anni ticket would cost $185 and change today - I looked it up. (Inflation has been far less than normal for the past few years due to the Fed keeping the prime rate low).
When I go on a trip, food costs more than hotel for me, especially when hotel is split 4 ways. And with food at 10th, I personally remember going out for only one meal, and I did that specifically to spend time with one of my sisters and try some of the local seafood.
I don't mean to criticize, and I apologize if this post is coming across that way. That is not my intention. I'm just trying to express why I didn't expect this price.
