I was mildly amused at a number of the comments that asserted those who wanted change were a small minority being included in the report.


This is clearly not the case, so in context it was a bit odd.

Interesting read...will see how it works out. I also wonder if more people will demote in order to change. Glad I do not have that position.

Thanks for the survey and for posting the results.
I wasn't around for the survey, but I have greatly enjoyed reading the report. The numbers make for an interesting read.
The questions and responses the survey resulted in shows that we are a complex mix of individuals in a group. It will be very interesting to see what this all comes down to (if it hasn't already been announced. I'm catching up from all the lurking...)
