Back in November we asked the membership to participate in a survey asking their thoughts and opinions on integrating men into the Ajahs and women into companies. Thank you all for taking the time to voice your opinions!

The report summarizing the results is now live in the Library. Find it here.

This report as well as comments left at the end of the survey were given to The Amyrlin and Keeper to be used to help aid in their decision making.

If you have any questions or concerns about this report, please contact administration@tarvalon.net and survey@tarvalon.net

And, finally, I'd like to say THANK YOU again to the Hive Mind.

Fascinating. :D Great work putting that together! The numbers are really telling even if louder voices felt otherwise. Curious to see how this continues to unfold. :)

I was fascinated enough by the results of this survey that I decided to doff my lurker cloak and log in for a minute. Scary stuff, that. @_@

Anyway.

I'm fascinated because the numbers in this survey irrefutably show how acute the gender divide is in this community...it's almost like two entirely different sites are co-existing on the same spot, but until now neither would acknowledge the other existed! I'm very curious whether integration will actually help bring those two groups together, or whether it will simply continue to magnify ongoing communication issues.

Cheers!

Extremely interesting results - I'll have to re-read it a few times to absorb all the info. So interesting. *Brown streak out in full force* :P

Thank you so much to those who put this together and compiled the results! You're rockstars. :bow

Loads of work in that! Great job and thank you all! It will prove an interesting discussion in the (near?) future about how to use those stats. :)

As others have said, this was an interesting read. I'm curious, it gives a oercentage of how many people would leave the site if it were implemented, but I can't remember if it was said or compiled how many would leave if it were not implemented? Do we ave any data on that or was that not a question?

Was it in there? How many would leave if it is not implemented? I didn't see it either ...

Anyway, very nice work. Definititely interesting to read, especially the comments. It makes me glad that very few would feel uncomfortable enough to leave the community over integration, if it were to happen.
