So it came up tonight in an indirect way, when talking about milk toast, which lead to a discussion of a song by Helmet from The Crow soundtrack.

It has always been one of my favorite movies, but I haven't watched it in years, anyone interested? :joy

Already said I was in. Cause I want to spend time hanging out with people and making fun of your misunderstanding of the relevancy of the Crow Soundtrack. :look:

That is one of the best soundtracks of the 90s. Its right up there with the "Lost Boys" soundtrack and I wore that CD out.

Hey! I understand the relevancy, I just have random stuff I associate with it too (like with everything :look: ). You're use to it by now, right? :rofl

For example, a friend of mine (and later boyfriend) would sing "Tiiiiiiimeee to take her home...." (aka Big Empty) and immediately my response was, "but I don't want to go home yet!" He'd sing it to tease me. :p My mom for some reason still thinks it's a funny story. :rolleyes :grumble :giggle

It's one of the best soundtracks ever in my book. I played the hell out of it. :p You have no idea how excited I was when I saw The Cure a couple years back and they played "Burn!" My little <3 was super happy!

Literally........:sword:pleased-1:

I keep reading this as "crowd" watching party which I would also be down for - like if we could hook into a Walmart parking lot security camera or something.

I love that song! The OG is good too, but Trent Reznor is actually my boyfriend so I have a bit of bias ;)

I used to listen to NIN a LOT. I saw them in concert on The Fragile tour. A Perfect Circle opened for them, it was a really good show!

I sincerely regret not making it to that show - I follow intensely all the works of MJK

Yes! x1000!

I stopped reading at a couple years back as jealousy overtook me. I have not seen the Cure and need to, like, NEED

I want to throw out the Empire Records soundtrack as well. Cause I have listened to that one more times than I can count so when AJ (Atreyu) got me the limited RSD release a couple years back I decided I would keep him around awhile longer. :p

Not a real NIN fan, or Perfect Circle (or Tool for that matter) but I have seen them all and that would be a fucking amazing show.

I haven't updated here yet since this now is only showing on HBOMax (I may need to check again since that was a week or two ago when I checked :look: ). It was on Netflix or Hulu not that long ago. I could possibly share on Zoom, but need to research the sound part and all of that to test so I have not forgotten!

I got to see NIN and Soundgarden! That was great! NIN use to be really hard to get tickets for. Soundgarden I did see back in '97 literally right before the broke up.
