Kariada Kunai
Aes Sedai
Hi all!
If you are going to our US Anni this year, or have been keeping tabs on the forum, then you know that we will be holding a silent auction. We have some very awesome prizes being offered for our members to bid on. So awesome, in fact, that I wanted to cross-post here for everyone to see.
Harriet and the RJ Estate in particular have been extremely generous in their donations for this auction. I think it's a true testament to the regard they have for our community that they are willing to donate the quality, and quantity, of prizes that they have. Whether or not you are going to the event, I hope that this list gets you excited! Not so much because of the chance to win them, but because Harriet has given us these items to offer to members of this community. It definitely gives me warm fuzzies, and I hope it does for you too.
Also! We are allowing people not at the event to bid on these items as well. We have some very specific guidelines for this, though. Mainly, everything needs to happen at the event, even if you aren't there. So if you can't go, but want to try your shot at one of these prizes, you need to work out a deal with someone going. Find someone you trust to work as your representative and bid for you. Funds must be transferred to us at the conclusion of the auction - so either your rep will have to give us a check, or you will have to paypal us the money *that night*. We will give the prize to your rep, and you/your rep will be responsible for getting the prize to you.
So, here you have it! Our super awesome list of prizes, available to bid on at 10th US Anni!
I'll update this list as I learn more specifics about these prizes. As you can no doubt see, some of these are pretty crazy collectors' pieces. We're very proud to be able to offer them.
There's some more information about the specific auction - and some questions answered - in the Anni forum thread. Be sure to check it out!

A tour of the TOR offices in NYC
Umm....yeah. You have to arrange for getting yourself to New York City, and all that. And then you get a tour of TOR's offices. I'm waiting to hear back for more details about what you can expect on said tour, and will share once I get them.
I'll update this list as I learn more specifics about these prizes. As you can no doubt see, some of these are pretty crazy collectors' pieces. We're very proud to be able to offer them.
