Outage - 08/12/12 between the hours of 8AM and 8PM EDT

On Saturday your ever handy Department of Technology will be doing our final data backup before we move. The site will be offline for approximately one to two hours between the hours of 8AM and 8PM EDT. Any posts or threads made after this backup will not be imported to vBulletin. And remember, these boards will be going into a read-only archival state after the move, so whatever you do post will not be forever lost. It just won't be imported by Tech. :P

The actual move to vBulletin will happen in the next two to three weeks. I will make an announcement with specific dates soon.

I wanted to make a note that it is possible the outage could be upwards of two hours, even as long as four. We've been working from backup data for all our testing, but for the real thing we need to make sure we have uncorrupted, up-to-date data. I'll try to make it as quick as possible

So, any time within that 12 hour range it could be down for 2-4 hours?

*cough* Sorry folks, there's been a bit of a confusion. The actual date is tomorrow, Sun Aug 12, 2012. My apologies for this confusion :X I'll be trying to do this at 8am sharp... hopefully affecting the least amount of people.
