What is "senior membership merits" based on? Is it something related to being a Tower Sworn?

What progress has been made renaming the new virtual event merits?

Beyond the new Virtual Event trackers I made for the year, nothing else has happened yet. We've got an admin meeting coming up at the end of the month. VE merits and overhauling the system are both items I want to talk about. Hopefully it will result in an actionable plan that we can report on/implement shortly thereafter.

We've had these for well over a decade, clearly it's goingto take time to remember, but I can go and change the tracking spreadsheet, which should help me remember

The ones in December were a preliminary batch just to get them started. There may be people who attended enough events to get a merit (and probably are), but if these weren't recorded, they can't be recognized. There are also some events where we don't have an attendance list or it has some names and some "there were some other people", or events where we have "Member X attended sometimes, but I don't remember how often"

I just noticed that I'm on here as having earned a silver Staff Merit... Is that the same merit as is listed here? Because if so, I'm genuinely not sure how I can have earned it, given I've not quite made it to my two-year site anniversary

Months served as staff are counted cumulatively, which here means that time is counted separately for each staff position (and then added together). You've served 19 months as Tar Valon Talks staff, 9 months on the Social Media Team, 6 + 1 months as Community Council representative, 5 months as Community Coordinator, and 3 months as Guild Leader - that's quite a bit past the 30 months required for a silver merit.
