Thank you again to all the welcomes! As for my city, I'm meandering around San Antonio, remembering the Alamo and all. And the Avatar is rather Aiel-ish isn't it? Awesome
I know I never mentioned it, but I'm actually an English major too. Go English majors! :fistbump
Will someone explain to me this process of RPing and "writing with a partner" or some such? The only WoT site I've ever been on is TarValon.Net, and one of the things I love about it is that we get to connect as real people--you know, as ourselves. But RPing sounds like it could be fun, and if it's simple to run maybe we could have a City Hall Event trying it some time. (I'm kind-of intrigued by Siera Sedai's terrible RPing, not gonna lie. :shifty
As for RolePlaying. I think there are a few different ways to go about it. The way I did it was finding a website (wot related or maybe harry potter) and I would create a character that would fit well within that world. Then I would interact with other users who had similarly created characters. Usually people would have a backstory/profile that they would write so people would have some understanding of what they were getting into. And then you use the world to create the madness. Extremely open ended.
