Hello everyone,

so im new here, i was looking for some good forums to talk about the wheel of time and i managed to find this one which i liked the look of on google!

• I first got into the wheel of time after watching the tv show (sorry to be so late to the party) which made me want to read the books. Im currently on the dragon reborn.
• At the minute my two favourite characters are Mat/Nynaeve.
• Im an accountant, and i love reading, all things fantasy and i love playing tennis. I also enjoy video games
• Im from England (only language i speak im afraid, call it the english ignorance i guess)
• I enjoyed the show as a whole, i know it had some issues at the end of the series (covid, Mat actor leaving etc) which made it a bit messy, but it made me start reading the books so done something right!
• It may sound predictable but i love the lord of the rings

I look forward to talking to you all about all things we enjoy!

I was thinking of re-watching Season 1 in preparation for Season 2....

I have given myself this as homework so I can make social media content, lol.

thank you all, seems a really friendly community to be honest! i cant wait to rewatch season one again (this will be my 3rd time).

I did have to hop onto prime and watch the season 2 cold open they added onto the end of episode 8 in season one though. Has anyone else seen this yet?

that's really good to know, the only thing is it does make me think 'why has it taken me so long to discover these books' haha. Still, making up for lost time now i guess!

thankyou everyone for the kind messages. Im halfway through TDR so not a fast reader but i will get to the end at somepoint! as long as im ahead of the tv show haha.

I was wondering when to watch season 1 again, i want to watch it now, but ideally, would like to get to the end of season 1 and go straight onto the start of season 2 haha.
