Greetings all,

I'm very happy to have found this community. I first started reading the Wheel of Time when "Winter's Heart" had just been published. I was hooked from the first page of "The Eye of the World" and am currently re-reading the series in preparation for the final book! Alas a busy personal life means that I'm behind schedule, so unless something miraculous happens, I will no doubt be a few weeks behind when it comes to reading the last book

Only two of my offline friends have read the series, and neither of them have read beyond "The Path of Daggers", so my opportunities to discuss plot points or characters are few and far between. Any discussions of the world of Wheel of Time itself are definitely not on the agenda, as these friends can barely remember country names!

I am looking forward to getting to know others who share my interest in this wonderfully immersive world
