TarValon.Net, it is once again that time of year for you to share your opinion! The Department of Administration is looking for you, you, and YOU!
Come on, TarValon, we know you have opinions on how we do our online events, events and conferences, administer the site and so much more! Now is one formal time when you can tell the administration your thoughts and ideas! We need you, TarValon!
(You can also always reach out to your membership admin or anyone on the Exec Team. :fade )

The survey will be collecting data from January 15, 2011 to February 15, 2011.
For those new to TarValon.Net, the purpose of the annual membership survey is to gather the pulse of the community and to help the Exec Team chart a course for the next calendar year at the Annual Administration Meeting. Yes, what you say can impact how we do things! Everyone is welcome to participate.
Last year we had 282 membership complete the survey, which was 81% of active membership at the time! We also listened to membership last year, and made this 100% anonymous and every item optional. There are some items, for administrative purposes, that relate only to some sections of the membership population - please pay careful attention for these, examples include your location, race, and income; in particular, the race would be used if the IRS or other governing body (OFCCP) demands proof that we do not discriminate. The administration is not looking for this information because we are nosy! In addition to not knowing who is saying what, BUT also we never share, sell or do anything else with it, other than use it in its anonymous form to help form our goals for the next year.
There are about 150 questions broken into twelve (12) sections. The survey should take about fifteen (15) minutes to take, depending on how wordy you are in the "tell us more!" sections.
A huge thanks goes out to our team of members who helped develop and put together this year's survey! Huge thanks to Kiana a'Jadein, Mashiara a'Kama, Isarma Maracanda, and Ennairam Lamp. Also big thanks to Erin alDenael for coding it, and Arie Davion for the graphics!
Speaking of graphics, if you would like notate in your sig that you have participated, please use the ones below:
Additional notes:
For any one interested, the results of the 2009 Membership Survey can be found in our library here. If you would like the uber pretty with pie charts and bar graphs version (in Word 2010 aka .docx) feel free to email administration@tarvalon.net.
The reason it is called the 2010 Membership Survey, even though it is done in 2011, is because it is so close to the beginning of the year that it's more your 2010 thoughts and feelings.
There is a section on the form for you to share your thoughts regarding the survey, however, please also feel free to email administration@tarvalon.net if you would like to share further.
Edit: To remove link, survey closed.
