Gaidin Affiliations?

I've only just jointed this site and I'm still setting up my profile and I was wondering if someone would be so bloody kind as to explain to me what the Gaidin Affiliations are. I know that a Gaidin is a Warder, but what I don't understand is what the additional titles are.

i.e. 'Gaidin of Dai M'Hael', 'Gaidin of Magdi'In D'ma Dieb', 'Gaidin of San D'ma Shadar'

Could someone tell me what they mean so I can finish my bloody profile already?

Well, the Aes Sedai have Ajahs and for our site here we have created Companies for the Gaidin. The different companies, like the ajahs, stand for different things, there are four total, Dai M'Hael, San D'ma Shadar, Val Cueran, and Mahdi'in d'ma Dieb.

On the site, we group members into community groups. The affiliations are actually Companies of Gaidin within this realm of community groups with the same weight and unique identities as ajahs. You start as a Visitor, transition into becoming a Citizen (and full member), and beyond that you may become a Senior Member, which is optional but not required. Senior members are Aes Sedai or Gaidin. You may read more about Companies here in the library.

I should probably also give you a heads up that we are not a roleplay site. We may have some light role play here and there, but we connect with people as our real life selves through community service and general social shenanigans in a variety of venues. Bonding warders and becoming senior members operate on an application-and-approval-type basis. In my opinion, we have a lot of awesome traditions here for when members move up in the ranks.

A great place to start as a new member is the Introductions Forum, at the top of which are some stickied threads with a lot of helpful information and good contacts whom you may ask questions. Also, although the gaidin are currently all male and the Aes sedai currently all female, as of January this year, this is not necessarily the case and anyone can eventually join whichever community group they fell is the best fir for them
