Not a lot for an adult to latch on to? :rofl I respectfully disagree! My entire family (ranging from 25 to 65) loved the film, with most of us going back two or three times to see it again. My husband purchased what is probably his first Disney soundtrack. It's been a great conversation topic on Facebook, while gaming/raiding, in business meetings...everyone has at least one thing they loved about it and at least one thing they want to discuss and share opinions about.
I for one can't wait to buy the BluRay and see it on Broadway...but to each their own. :acurtsey

Yeah, I've been somewhat surprised by others' reactions to this film. This is just my take, certainly based in subjectivity.

I range from not really liking Frozen to absolutely adoring some elements. Certainly the landscapes and the portrayal of winter's beauty is fantastic, but at the same time...yeah. The songs. Not a fan of most of them, especially Olaf's summer song, or really, Olaf in general. :P

I have to disagree. I loved the story and the fact that it breaks so many Disney standards is nice. This is not your typical Disney Movie. Also I would love to see where you get the other references you mentioned. Because honestly I don't think there was a Star Wars reference...
