That does not mean that we cannot have a party in Belgium again ;)

I'd totally be up for a party in Belgium. Or Bulgaria. Or, y'know... just about anywhere :look:

Mystica - if you want to drop me an email we can discuss pricing options and other things offline. As Alyssa said there was a successful party in Belgium in recent memory, so it's not impossible :) I'm happy to discuss further though - euevents@tarvalon.net

We run two styles of events in Europe now - a conference style, which is similar to the ones we've traditionally had in bunks/barns/etc. over the years. And a Tourist event, which is more akin to the US style Fall Ball. There's plenty of flexibility :)

Nia - excellent news! :)

Timing - typically it's a month or two after bids close where we make the final decision around which bid is selected. We don't normally announce anything until there is a deposit on the location though.

Thanks Reniel, I'll keep your offer in mind but for now I can't really commit due to other obligations that are quite time consuming.
Was just curious how it works in case I came across an opportunity that might fit.

I will contact you for sure if I come across a concrete idea.
