First, thank you to the 98 members who took the time to complete the survey. We appreciate your willingness to share feedback with us! That information has been shared with Directors and is being internally discussed. Please look forward to a report sharing that data, along with plans informed by the data, in late October.
Here are a few teasers of the data to be released:
We raffled off TWO prizes (98 was close enough to 100!) for those who shared their name via Secret #4. Those winners are @Blythe Alawdin and @Stasia t'Andrei! Please contact @Cassie Dainar with your RL name, mailing address, and choice of an item from our store costing $25 or less and she will order and ship it to you. CONGRATULATIONS!!
We also decided to reward membership groups for their participation in the survey. One group submitted the most surveys: the GRAY Ajah! @Siera al'Cere is working on a to-be-released prize for you! We also wanted to reward the group with the most survey participation relative to the number of active members. The second winner is the RED Ajah! As with the first, a group-prize will be forthcoming. Thank you for your patience as we work out how long it will take to do the things.
I also want to take some time to apologize for the delay on releasing this information. The survey ran through mid-August. As many of you know, I am a teacher -- and I reported back for the 2023-2024 school year in early August. I've been very busy! Right now Exec as a whole is taking time to analyze this information, wrap our heads around it, and come up with plans to move forward based on the information, the thoughts and opinions, shared via the survey. Please look forward to the to-be-released report and future discussions about the data to be had.
