Awesome. I guess if I had to pinpoint what I'm looking for, it'd be a place where I can exist in the time I'm not reading through WoT and still feel connected to the setting, magic, etc. Sounds like this is going to be a good time :)
Another question for just about anyone (this is a rather silly one) : in a non-rpg way (given Tar Valon is not an rpg site), do you ever like to pretend that you are a novice, Accepted, or Aes Sedai like in the books? Is Tar Valon a satisfying place to exist if you want to be immersed in Randland?
Thank you for sharing! I'm really excited to get to the novice level so that I can access some of the other forums. I'm not sure what I'm looking for just yet, but I feel pretty confident that I'm going to really enjoy my time here :)
Thank you Roheryn Sedai! I would hate to be too nosy, or poke around questions that are taboo or something :P The same question for you: what initially brought you to the site, what made you interested in dedicating yourself to be an Aes Sedai? I'll probably ask a few folks about this in the...

Thanks again for the welcome! Sorry for the confusion in my last post! I knew about the ranking system, but I was a bit tired/bad at articulating thoughts -- I *meant* to ask what made you interested in *becoming* an Accepted :o but you're awesome (Alora) and answered my intended question...
Thanks for the warm welcome, I already really like it here. I would be happy to talk about my beliefs -- it might help me figure them out a bit :P As a bit of background: when I was younger, my friends and I really wanted to be witches and go to Hogwarts. Instead of that, we tried practicing...
Hello! I'm Tethys al'Lune, a 21-year-old, soon-to-be-graduating university student. I've been pursuing a degree in publishing from a college in Boston for the past 3 years -- a full summer of classes later, and I'm graduating a semester early in December (Light! I've been busy!). Needless to...
