Me too! I think Mat had a lot of awesome lines in this book. I know Rand was literally shining light everywhere, but it was Mat who always made everything feel lighter to me.

Poor Talmanes. Love that guy.

And that is terribly sad to think that RJ wrote those lines. But alas.

I like that Hawkwing basically said to Mat, "We don't want you with the horn."

I loved the bit with Mat and the heroes, when he was asking if he was bound, and then him sending Hawkwing to Tuon. Those scenes made me laugh.

Though, I think my favorite line from the entire book was Rand's railing against TDO.

"When was the last time a man loved you for you? Not for the power you could provide them..." That bit was truly epic, and made me kind of do a fistpump when I read it.
