Hey everyone!
A couple of months ago, the hosts from The Black Tower Podcast reached out to us asking if TarValon.Net was interested in guesting on a podcast. We, of course, said yes, because it's a fantastic opportunity to get our name out there and to support others in the fandom. Myself and @Eluial Aldaran guested on the show.
The topic that we chose for the podcast was LGBTQ+ Inclusion in The Wheel of Time. Not so much that things should be changed to include more LGBTQ+ characters, just that there's a whole bunch of queerness already in the series that a lot of people might not have realized existed. We also discussed what representation is and why it matters, as well as what is and is not positive representation. It was a really great discussion, and we're really grateful to them for the opportunity.
If you're at all interested in listening to the episode, you can check it out!
If you'd like to discuss anything in the episode, feel free to do so in this thread.
