Weird glitch in profile/settings?

Earlier today I was updating some items in my profile, and something got switched in there. Now, I don't have my face or my signature even though I never touched those earlier. And I can't find where to upload them even though I've done it a zillion times now. Help would be appreciated!

Those options should be on the left in a box labeled "My Settings." Can you put in a screenshot if they're not there?
