The survey software provided everyone an identification number. If the random number selector thingie chooses someone that did not provide their name/contact info, we can try other ways. If it selects someone with no way to identify or allow someone to confirm it is them, then we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. I'm open to suggestions!

The name field showed up if you answered the first question "Would you like to be contacted by the Administration" was answered yes. However, with location and community group, we should be good. The way I handled it last year in that instance was I would post stating "A Gray from California" and to email. I would then ask them to verify something else from another portion of the survey, and if they match then we have a winner!

Should be easy to figure out, you'll have name, rank, company/ajah and time served in the community. From there, if it's not obvious, then it asked questions like "have you served on staff" ... that will help narrow it down more. It might not provide an exact person but it should come darn close I'd think.

I would have put my name down but I figured it was only if you really wanted the staff to contact you about something you put down and had nothing to do with the shirt thing.

Aha good to know, because I didn't have any issues this year myself that I felt needed to be contacted by administration So I didn't have a place to put my name .
