Oh dear. I'm afraid the server upgrade has drastically decreased my productivity. Where am I ever going to find the time to get things done if I don't have to wait for pages to load? :halo

Haha, it's definitely faster, Keisha, despite the bacon! TV has just always been a bit slower to load than other sites, and while it was a lot slower for the past weeks, it is now back to being a bit slower again. Though apparently, this is only in the timezones when Americans are awake. Right now, it's being amazing!

But the fact that it's slower is because it's built on Drupal, isn't it? At least, other sites that I know uses drupal tend to be slower than average. Not by much.

Yeah, I prefer Wordpress backend, but then, Wordpress doesn't have the awesome Forum-CMS link that Drupal has.

Yeah, Drupal's a bit on the sluggish side. We also have a decently big database and site relative to our budget, so a lot's crammed onto a relatively small VPS.

A quick update to this: the upgrade freed up enough RAM for me to finally enable a php opcode cache. You should see no change other than faster pageloads, but if you see any new weirdness or errors let me know.
