Aryela has decided it is time to moe on from her position as Headmistress and look for other ways to be involved at the site. As such, we are seeking a new Headmaster/mistress

Position:
Headmaster/Headmistress
Overview:
This person is a Administrator in the Department of Research. You can expect to supervise all dealings in the Classroom and will act as a moderator for that forum. Reports directly to the Director of Research.
Requirements:
As this position specifically oversees JMs, we'd prefer it if a SM held the position. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't apply for the position if you think you'd be good for it; it just means that SMs will have a preference.
Duties:
Keeps detailed list of all classes currently running in the classroom. Assigns classes to Accepted and Senior Members to teach as requested. Ensure that Wheel of Time trivia covered in classrooms is factually correct. Maintain good morale in the classrooms with teacher/student recognition. Responsible for checking-in with your Department Head once weekly. Expect to spend a minimum of 4 hours a week at this position.
