It doesn't take long to get that sorted, just drop into the threads that you can see and join in; you'll be a citizen in no time.
Go ahead and start posting in the places you can see. We've just switched to these forums and no longer have an automatic reply. Once you fill out the Citizen application, the Mayor will process the information when she logs on and send you an email. You do have to make the 25 posts though before you can become a Ciizen.
