I have created a new piece of art for my avatar, to reflect the recent change.... 😉

This artwork is amazing. Well done. I stuck to using one of my video game characters.

I know I changed my avatar not very long ago, but I realized recently that I didn't feel very connected to it, because it's less a representation of me, and more a pretty painting I like.

Here we go. Switched over my server name. Was GryJedi. Now am Aylward Leamh. Taken from a middle English name meaning "Guardian" and the Irish word for Grey meaning boring or dull.

Somewhere between mythic and modern, with an Age of Legends feel and a lingering sense of my patron Goddess with all those black feathers around the shoulders, despite that not being the intention of the artist. There's also something a bit like an older Yennefer of Vengerberg about it, whom I also relate to. Older, Wiser, less naive and shiny.

To that end, I'm also changing the name we use here, which will be reflected on the site shortly thanks to Tech and Membership. From Cerine Al'Rhynar; a no-meaning name of no consequence and no real attachment to any of us, with a slightly awkward connotation due to pronunciation, to Ananke Zaresh.

Ananke, for the Goddess of inevitability, destiny, and fate; of necessity and the mother of the Morai- an Entity I respect greatly.
Zaresh, for a collection of RP characters I've come to know and adore for their will to do what must be done, and their willingness to dirty their own hands to do so in order to get what they want, and provide for the needs of others.

To shorten the new name, kindly use Anke.
