First off, kudos on the fast reaction; I didn't expect to see a new procedure put in place so quickly. Thank you.

Yes, Viv will have a report monthly and the Board will be checking the accounts. The advantage to the new system is that all of the Officers can see the accounts (and in a variety of our roles it will be necessary) so we have fresh eyes constantly able to keep tabs on things.

Thank you everyone for all the work, not just in fixing something that was broken, but by improving it in such a way that the day to day running of the tower will actually improve too!

That's what I meant as well, being available for people to look at isn't the same as being audited. Unless the books are so simple there are only handfuls of transactions to go through. I have no idea how the books look so I defaulted to more over less.
