Months served as staff are counted cumulatively, which here means that time is counted separately for each staff position (and then added together). You've served 19 months as Tar Valon Talks staff, 9 months on the Social Media Team, 6 + 1 months as Community Council representative, 5 months as Community Coordinator, and 3 months as Guild Leader - that's quite a bit past the 30 months required for a silver merit.

It explains every merit in the Library. If, you look at who's who pages and clicked on Gaidin's or Aes Sedai profiles and click on the images it will tell you what merit it is.

But if certain merits are not on the person's profile page?

It's alright, though, because I've since found the complete listing and their descriptions
