Hidden Wheel of Time Lore -- w/ Book Spoilers

The books feature detailed magical and natural laws that have yet to be fully explained in the TV series, as it is still in its early stages.
Despite this, elements of the Wheel of Time lore are being incorporated into the show.

I am trying to list those here. Have you noticed any more ??


It's worth noting that these interpretations are not necessarily confirmed and could be incorrect.

Tel'aran'rhiod​

The Darkfriend Social in Season 2, Episode 1, first minutes	For some people, if you click Prime video X-Ray they can see it says the location is TAR. It makes sense if the whole meeting takes place in TAR and likely the girl accidentally dreamed herself there.
Season 2 Episode 3 (near the end)	Lanfear/Selene and Rand just before the Inn burns. It's obvious it's a dream because in the dream Rand is wearing his red coat and then he wakes up and he is in plain clothes
Season 2 Episode 4 (~45min)	Min and Ishamael meeting. Very likely in a dream because the location on on Prime X-Ray feature is TAR.
Season 2, Ep 5 (~52min)	Ishamael and Lanfear chilling with fake Rand
Season 2, Ep 5 (last few seconds)	Lanfear and Rand on a wheel (aiel on a wheel)

The True Power

Lanfear using the True power to heal herself in Season 2 Episode 4 at the end

You can see the small black dots which move across her eyes which is mark that someone uses the True Power

The Forsaken

The statues of the Forsaken in Season 1, Episode 5

Pretty sure the very transparent channeling that Lanfear did right before Moiraine stabbed her was TP also. It looked very different from flows of air. It *could* have been spirit, but I don't think so, I think it was TP.

I think honestly they were going for "this is bad and Rand is scared" and the details don't matter that much, except to us crazy book hounds. In my head, knowing Lanfear, she was probably going to compulse him to love her forever.

To be honest, I have no idea what Lanfear was even attempting to do in that scene.

My interpretation was that she was doing what was described in the Shadow Rising as "showing her real face" and stripping that young super pretty girl off, so that Rand can see the real her.

But, it could be something else

Regarding the TP, if you go back to the start of Ep. 4, when Ishy releases Lanfear, he uses Saidin weaves, but he also has some of those subtle air disturbances/invisible weaves. I think that's a vote for TP rather than Spirit.

I'm thinking Demandred and Ishy should be merged and the last Forsaken be Rahvin. (This would then allow us to see LTT trying to rip himself free from Rand in Tel'aran'rhiod during their fight, and possibly set up Rand and LTT doing the swap at the end of MoL instead of Demandred)
