Usually via email, so records can be kept. I am sure that your Company Commander, as well as our Director of Membership (Sa'areah Britthorn) will get you sorted in no time.

Yup. Seeing as I am his glorious Company Commander, I've found out that you have to email Sa at membership@tarvalon.net, She will need to know if you officially retired when you left or not. If not then she can set you up and get you back into our Great Room. If you did however, you will need to go through the tower again.

And that's about it. Just give her a quick email with that information.
