Hello,

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Ahmyra aka Amanda. I am a farm girl from Southern Sask, Canada.
I enjoy reading, riding my horses, and dabbling in writing.
I have three horses of my own - a 3yr old registered AQHA Buckskin filly named Pepper, a 9yr old registered APHA Palomino paint gelding named Ciscoe and a grade black paint mare named Patches - and I board two other horses.
I have a 5yr old Jack Russell Terrier named Pico and 3yr old black and white cat named Jelly.

I detest talking about myself as I feel like I'm bragging, so I will leave it at that.

I've always loved horses, but I've never really been able to own one. I indulge my need-to-care-for-creatures through my 2 cats.

I haven't gotten through the whole series yet...
I started as a youngster (way back when) and have just recently picked them back up yet.
So far I don't think I have a favorite... I enjoy Lan and Nynaeve(sp?) Egwene and Elayne crack me up....
I am currently on book 7 so I will update as I go?

I am a hardcore fantasy fan. WoT of course and I adore Jeaniene Frost. oh my gosh... so many that I love that I can't think off the top of my head lol. I would have to dig out my Kobo library to answer to the full extent that I can...
I write short stories. Often about horses. My most recent one is actually about a wolf pack from the point of view of the Alpha Female who's mate was killed.

I love my boarders... they help me indulge my love of teaching and help me to gift my love of horses to lots more people.

How so? Do you teach riding?

I do! I have about 15 kids that I teach riding lessons too as well as to the two kids that board their horses at my farm.

Aw it's ok! I loved the Lan/Nynaeve storyline but I have to admit she got on my last nerve sometimes. My favorite is Aviendha. Or any Aiel really.
