I apologize for the lateness of this post! I completely forgot to post it so please forgive me. As usual, I'll include the email of the appropriate director so that if you have any thoughts or opinions on any topic please send them on! As you can see, the list of super controversial topics are few and far between for the Fall as those from the spring are still in progress. If you think something has a site wide significance and should be discussed, feel free to email it to me at amyrlin@Tarvalon.net to take a look as well :D Thanks guys!

The meeting is this coming Saturday morning the 19th.

CFO/Shatayan
shatayan@tarvalon.net

  • Request for a Financial forum for better tracking and organizing. Suggested visibility: Execs & Board, and anyone as needed.
  • Discuss options and need for an accountant. Alternative, seek (cheap/free, online) option for accounting software.
  • Status of the privy purse, including debt and taxes.
  • Discuss/review (late and fund allocation) fee policies.
  • Discuss/review reimbursement of event payments/deposits process.
  • Review and discuss various expenditures and prioritize.
  • Cash tracking, housing, and sign off at events. (Create form.)

For Dept of Mods & Ops
moderators@tarvalon.net

  • Discuss Reinstatement of Master/Mistress of Chat.
  • Status of #owah which sees very little use
  • Make ops as ops for all channels rather than having different sets of ops for wheel, ww, and owah. Exceptions if we get an applicant who's under 17 or 18.
  • Establish terms for chat ops. Rotate in new ops for 6-month terms every 3 months, as we do now for CE mods. Existing ops would need to re-apply to keep their position, as we already do with mods.
  • Discuss idle time rule in chat

I've barely recovered from the last one.

Good luck!

Will there be discussion of whatever progress has been made with the group of people who are talking about the possible changes to the membership structure? Or is that a separate and ongoing process?

The integration survey planning is not on the agenda and was not a topic for in-depth discussion at the meeting today, but yes, it was covered very briefly. In short, the group went well and we will be going live with the survey soon.

(But that's the same information that I would have given you had you asked me directly, and is probably similar to what Mirandha would have said as well though I won't put words into her mouth.)
