Error when opening Chrome with certain TV tabs open

The last couple days I've had a weird error. When I open Chrome with certain Tar Valon tabs still open I get the following popup message:

The page at https://www.tarvalon.net says:
Your submission could not be processed because the token has expired. <br />


<br />


Please reload the window.

This happens when I have the following pages open:
https://www.tarvalon.net/content.php
https://www.tarvalon.net/content.php?1265-2014-Robert-Jordan-Memorial-Scholarship
It doesn't happen with the forum pages.

Is this when editing/posting things? Try clearing your browsers cache and let us know if it continues to happen.

It's not when I'm editing or posting. I don't think I even have permission to edit those pages. It just started a couple days ago but that's also when I started leaving those tabs up in chrome. Normally I'm only on the forum, not the news section.

I've tried clearing my cache and it still does it. If I leave that page open in chrome when I restart the browser that error comes up.

Was it happening prior to Saturday Aug 9?

Yes, I think so. I think it started on the 8th when the post about the scholarship went up. I don't normally keep those pages open, I did this time as a reminder about the scholarship.
