Clue isn't available on Netflix; I believe Mendo's hosting this via Discord. Amazon Prime has it.

Is it possible to synchronize the movie this way?

I don't have Netflix, so I haven't used that particular platform to know 100% what you mean. But with Discord's Go Live option, one person shares their stream of whatever (movie, game, etc.) and everyone else in the channel can view the stream/talk while it's streaming.
